Vision

To create a world where women are equally represented, visible, and thriving in bug bounty and offensive security.

Mission

To equip, connect, and empower women globally with the technical skills, mentorship, opportunities, and community support needed to succeed in bug bounty hunting, ethical hacking, and live hacking events.

Problem statement

Although the number of women entering cybersecurity is growing, participation remains concentrated in areas such as governance, risk, compliance, and SOC roles. Technical offensive-security fields such as bug bounty hunting, vulnerability research, web application security testing, and live hacking events continue to have low female representation. This gap limits diversity of perspectives, reduces access to opportunities, and creates fewer visible role models for aspiring women entering the space.
